Rates per hour
Minimum booking is one hour

General Public and from outside the Village Hirers £15.00 per hour
Village Resident Hirers £9.00 per hour
Regular Users £6.50 per hour
Regular Business Users £9.80 per hour
Business & Signed Contract Hirers Individually Negotiated Terms

 

Jubilee Meeting Room

Sale of Alcohol – Admin Fee for DPS Waiver  £13.00

 

Facilities Included In the Charges:

Main Hall Use of kitchen, crockery, heating and lighting, chairs and tables. Use of a sound system is available on request.
Jubilee Meeting Room Shared use of kitchen & crockery, heating and lighting, chairs and tables
The Hall is licensed to carry on entertainment until midnight but you are required to ensure that any music and voices are not loudly audible after 11:30pm. You are asked to remind your guests to leave the premises quietly with due consideration for our neighbours and the village. You must take all recyclable waste with you.

For the purpose of the conditions of hire, the term HIRER shall mean an individual or, where the hirer is an organisation, its Authorised Representative.
