DESCRIPTION:It has been a very busy year for the Abbotts Ann Parish Council
 :New Parish Council elected in May 2015 2 long term councillors 5 brand ne
 w councillors A new Parish Clerk Retirement of Chairman after 27 years in 
 charge Election of a new ChairmanAnd to top it all\, a new approach to the
  Annual Parish Assembly! Taking place at the War Memorial Hall on Friday 8
 th April\, we are going to split the evening into two parts:PART ONE: 7pm 
 to 8pmEveryone from the Parish is invited to come and meet representatives
  of the Abbotts Ann Parish Organisations\, and to have a chat with members
  of the Parish Council. Drinks &amp\; nibbles will be served.PART TWO: 8pm
  to 8.45pmGeneral Q&amp\;A session with members of the Abbotts Ann Parish 
 CouncilWe would like your help to make the first part of the evening a suc
 cess.We are going to run an informal session in which each Parish Organisa
 tion represents their group via visual displays and by representatives tal
 king to all guests who attend. You may wish to talk about the aims of your
  organisation\, the membership\, notable achievements in the year\, what y
 ou’re hoping to do in 2016/17\, etc.We will be using the Fete Committee
 ’s large display boards and you will have a section of them allocated to
  your organisation to pin up posters\, photos or other information you hav
 e. Alternatively\, you can come along just as you are and talk to attendee
 s.We are keen to show off the range of Parish Organisations all in one roo
 m – it will be a great opportunity to see what all of the groups are wor
 king on\, and to showcase the Organisations to members of the Parish.We ho
