DESCRIPTION:Announcing the SECOND NHS Health Check session as the first ses
 sion quickly became fully booked.\nNHS Health Checks with an appointment w
 ill be available in the Abbotts Ann Village hall on Saturday 11th October 
 2025 to ANYBODY who lives in or near Abbotts Ann including nearby villages
 .\nRandox are carrying out the service on behalf of the NHS commissioned b
 y the Hampshire County Council. This is to relieve the pressure on GPs and
  provide the residents of Hampshire the opportunity of getting a Free NHS 
 Health Check.\nThere are two different health checks and there is an eligi
 bility criterion for the Full NHS Health Checks which NHS England have enf
 orced across the country.\n\n	Full NHS Health Checks (30 minute check) - m
 easuring your height and weight\, measuring your waist\, a blood pressure 
 test\, a cholesterol test\, and possibly a blood sugar level test\, which 
 is usually a finger-prick blood test. \nFor more information on the health
  checks please visit - NHS Health Check - NHS\n\n\n	Eligibility criteria:\
 n\n\n	Must live in the Hampshire area and have a Hampshire postcode OR be 
 registered with a GP practice in the Hampshire area.\n	Must be aged 40-74.
 \n	Must not have had a health check in the last 5 years.\n	Must not be tak
 ing any medication for high cholesterol.\n\n\n\n\n	Mini Health Checks (10-
 minute check) - Blood Pressure\, Pulse and general lifestyle management gu
 idance.\nAll community members would be available to get this health check
