 h Meditations. My name is Shaun Bessant and I look forward to welcoming yo
 u to my friendly sound healing session.\nI am a qualified gong &amp\; bowl
  practitioner and a tutor for The College of Sound Healing.\nI have been f
 acilitating wonderful gong baths for over eight years. Bringing healing ex
 perience\, relaxation and creating a beautiful range and depth of vibratio
 nal sounds.\nI will begin the session with a breath meditation\, to encour
 age you to make a connection with yourself. Moving into a soothing sound b
 ath to reduce stress\, anxiety\, and emotional blockages while improving m
 ood\, mental clarity\, focus and calm. I use an eclectic mix of instrument
 s to help you move deeper into relaxation and healing.\nLogistics: This is
  a 60-minute session. Free parking outside the venue.\nLocation: Abbotts A
 nn War Memorial Hall\, 40 Duck St\, Abbotts Ann\, Andover SP11 7AZ\nPlease
  bring: Yoga mat\, blanket\, pillow/cushion\, water and an eye mask if you
  have one. Please wear comfy clothes and bring additional items as require
 d e.g.\, bolster for under your knees.
