 vibration\, purely by candlelight\nA warm welcome to Sound Journeys Gong B
 ath Meditations. My name is Shaun Bessant and I look forward to welcoming 
 you to my friendly sound healing session.\nI am a qualified gong &amp\; bo
 wl practitioner and a tutor for The College of Sound Healing.\nI have been
  facilitating wonderful gong baths for over eight years. Bringing healing 
 experience\, relaxation and creating a beautiful range and depth of vibrat
 ional sounds.\nI will begin the session with a breath meditation\, to enco
 urage you to make a connection with yourself. Moving into a soothing sound
  bath to reduce stress\, anxiety\, and emotional blockages while improving
  mood\, mental clarity\, focus and calm. I use an eclectic mix of instrume
 nts to help you move deeper into relaxation and healing.\nLogistics: This 
 is a 60-minute session. Free parking outside the venue.\nLocation: Abbotts

 se bring: Yoga mat\, blanket\, pillow/cushion\, water and an eye mask if y
