2020 ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
This AGM should have been held in public in November 2020
Given the COVID-19 regulations, your committee took the decision to postpone the AGM for 6 months.
Your committee has now decided to run the 2020 AGM immediately before the 2021 AGM on Wednesday 3rd November 2021.
These will be separate meetings with separate Chairman reports, Treasurer reports, and separate annual accounts.
All Officers, Trustees, and Committee Members have agreed to stay in post until that date.
If any resident wishes to raise any issues with regard to this postponement, please email graham.p.stallard@gmail.com
In the meantime, residents are asked to note:-
- The Hall continues to be maintained and cleaned to a high standard
- The Hall is compliant with all government COVID-19 advice
- Abbotts Ann Nursery School continues to operate at the Hall with great success
- There is minimal, but still occasional, other hire usage of the Hall, which remains open to your hire requests
- Hall finances remain in good health despite our inability to hold fund raising events
- We thank you for your huge support for 100 Club renewals over recent months.
