ABBOTTS ANN FETE 2022 – SATURDAY 3rd SEPTEMBER
The annual fete will return in full this year after the much reduced but highly successful event of last year. By popular request the Fete is going to take place within the heart of the village again, using a multitude of venues (War Memorial Hall, Village Shop, The Eagle Inn, The Eagle Inn Skittle Alley, St Mary’s Church) to house the Show and other attractions.
The Fete Committee, which consists of many of the village community groups and businesses: Womens’ Institute, Nursery School, Village Shop, The Eagle Inn, Abbotts Ann Sportsfield Group, Abbotts Ann PTA, St Mary’s Church, War Memorial Hall Committee, and all have expressed their support in bring the Fete back in to the heart of the village.
To run the event safely there will need to be two temporary road closures as detailed below:

Duck St (From the Eagle Inn to Hillside)

Via Church Road and Mill Lane or Little Ann Road (in both directions).

Monxton Rd (from Duck Street to the last house in the village.)

Car Parking for visitors to the village will be at Bulbery Sports Fields (signposted and with Marshals).
