Abbotts Ann War Memorial Hall is looking for volunteers to join our committee. It’s an interesting and worthwhile thing to do and there’s all sorts of things in which you could get involved so that we ensure that that the hall achieves its full potential in being at the heart of the village and serving our community.
You might like to organise events like Apple Day and other fun events or help ensure that we have the necessary resources to achieve our objectives, help run the raffle at the fete.
The committee is fun and friendly. The time commitment is also flexible – some people spent quite a bit of time each month while other people give what time they can when they can. Everyone’s contribution is welcome.
We meet at the hall at 7.30pm on the first Wednesday of each month. Contact me if you’d like to discuss – or just pop along to our meeting and see what it’s like.
