Despite the disappointing weather on Saturday we had a lot of visitors to our fete.
All the outdoor activities planned were still able to take place and many positive comments have been received.
It’s currently looking like our fete and plant sale profit for 2024 is at a record high of around £10000. The exact amount raised will be announced at our Fete November AGM, date tbc, where we’ll be delighted to distribute funding to our village community organisations
Our fete committee are holding a fete “wash up” meeting on 25th September so if you have any feedback re Saturday’s fete we’d love to hear.
