Then this is the opportunity for you – a flexible approach to work hours is essential. Approximately 19 hours per month to include afternoons, evenings and weekends depending on the hiring of the hall.
Duties will include – showing potential hirers around the hall, acting as code and key holder, ensuring hall / facilities are ready and clean for next hirers, caring out general cleaning duties at times to fit in with the day to day use of the Hall, monitoring stocks of cleaning supplies and other consumables and ordering as required, inspecting facilities to ascertain all is generally in an acceptable order and reporting any maintenance issues to the committee.
You will need to be used to working on your own initiative and dealing with the general public.
