The format is as follows:
- Pre-meeting refreshments & opportunity to review information stands.
- Introduction and welcome by the Parish Council Chair.
- Reports by Portfolio Holders.
- Reports by Borough and County Councillors*.
- Reports from Community Groups*.
- General Q & A with the Parish Council (written submissions are preferred*).
